We’re gathering for a church work day and would love your help! We will be focusing on cleaning and resetting our nursery and children’s rooms, organizing and clearing out other classrooms, and tackling a few additional projects identified by our Trustees. There will be tasks for all ages and abilities. Please sign up at the welcome tables so we can plan well and match our projects to the number of volunteers. Thank you for helping care for our building and support our ministries!

​The WNC LGBTQ+ Inclusion Team invites you to a free community dinner and special documentary screening of this film.
The evening begins with a complimentary, catered meal, followed by a screening of the documentary 1946: The Mistranslation That Shifted Culture at 6:45 PM. The film follows a team of researchers uncovering how a single Bible mistranslation helped shape the modern anti-gay movement within Christianity.
A facilitated conversation with panelists from the Western North Carolina Annual Conference will follow.
This event is FREE and open to all—whether you’re exploring faith, care about justice, or are simply curious to learn more.
